At Inclusion Care, our commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care and support for adults with disabilities and support needs is unwavering. We offer highly personalised independent living options, ensuring that every aspect of our care is centred around the individual, with their needs and aspirations at the forefront of every decision. This approach empowers them to lead a life of choice and opportunities.

Our care pathways ensure continuity of care in the community where they live. Even if the needs and aspirations of the people we support change, we are flexible and creative in our approach to developing care packages, drawing on the expertise of a qualified staff team and our extensive experience of looking after the people who use our services.

Each package is bespoke to the individual, and the staff mix is tailored to meet the needs of the people we support.

Staff are trained to specialise in the needs of the people we support. This could include specialist care training in Personal Care, such as PEG feeding, hoists and safe movement, and Emotional, psychological and physical well-being.

Staff are also trained on how to look after people living with  Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities and complex behaviours. Mental Health Diagnoses and Autism.

Meet The Manager

IMG_5484.JPG

I have been in the Care Sector for a little over 30 years and bring a wealth of knowledge with me that I have picked up along my journey to where I am now.

I have worked my way up from being a Care Assistant to my current role. I am described by my team as being ‘Firm but Fair’, I am approachable with a big heart. Definitely a people person, I love to hear life stories etc from staff and service users alike.

I am passionate about the work I do and the people I support and love nothing more than coming out of the office to visit them all in their homes and having a natter and a coffee.

I am a Nana, and have first hand experience of the difficulties, as 2 of my grandsons have Autism and 1 is also non-verbal, so can empathise with the difficulties that some families face. I strive to do my best for all of the people that we support…. I simply love what I do and would not be in any other profession, ‘Not for all the tea in China’, as the saying goes.
