“I would just like to let you know I love working with the staff at Rehabillity UK, I love my job and I’m obviously a council candidate I cannot express enough the support I have received from you in regards to myself and my mum being in hospital with covid-19. Thank you and hope you are all safe and well. As an employee, I have never felt more safe, secure of my job and able to talk to a manager than I have with yourself and that I am grateful for.
We care about our outstanding services, both in community care and supported living,
where people choose the place they live and how they share their accommodation
Welcome to Rehability UK
The Rehability UK Group is a dynamic and innovative family of companies, driven by the vison of our founder and CEO Amjad Mahmood. We have grown from a base in the West Midlands, where we still have our Head Office in West Bromwich, to include services across the Midlands, and in both the South East and South West of England. The Rehability UK Community division is focussed on the West Midlands and the M25 corridor.
We support over 800 adults across a range of settings, employ around 1000 people across the country. These figures are not static, as the Group continues to develop and open new services.
We specialise in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health Needs) to live their best possible life, and they are at the heart of all we do, whether we are working directly with them or working in the background teams, such as HR, training and finance. Healthcare isn’t, and shouldn’t be, a box ticking exercise. We do the things we do because they add value, practicality and happiness to the lives of the people we look after.
Enabling people to achieve their full potential by creating opportunities for individual growth and development.
Rehability UK is committed to Safeguarding and protecting the people and service users within our care. All candidates will be subject to enhanced DBS and reference checks.
2019 was the first year of our Young CEO Programme. This offers young people between the ages of 12-18 the opportunity to get some in-depth experience of how an organisation like ours works. Due to COVID we have had to pause the program.
The applicants took part in a selection process
and the winners came to work with us over the summer, developing their skills, and working on real projects whose outcomes have been applied across the organisation.

“I was made to feel very welcome when I visited the service, and was impressed at the homeliness and ‘atmosphere’ of the home, it felt positive and friendly. The positive support and input from yourself and your team enabled us all to ensure that our client was at the centre of our discussions and that his needs were at all times paramount.

I would like to thank you and your team for welcoming me yesterday.
It has been very informative for me and I had the opportunity to learn and practice so much. I really appreciated how friendly you all were. Although I was initially quite nervous due to having limited experience with PMLD population, you and the rest of the team eased me in and showed me how you care for all your residents.
I also noticed how personalised care can be delivered in such a respectful manner in a residential setting. It was really inspirational to see how all your staff work with residents in such a caring way and the amount of knowledge they have about the specific needs of every individual. Within a short period of time, I was able to observe a professional, friendly and caring attitude from all the staff. This clearly makes all the residents feel at home and at ease.
Thank you so much for allowing me to practice key nursing skills whilst providing guidance. It has been a really great day for me.
