The people we support are actively encouraged to exercise choice and to enjoy life to their full potential, physically, emotionally and spiritually. The support is offered in a safe, caring, warm and homely environment in which the people we supports well-being is of prime importance.
There are 2 houses with 8 rooms in each property, with communal areas including a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, quiet room, large garden and lounge. The services also have a large car park at the front of the house for visitors and families.
The services are conveniently located in Gidea Park, Romford, which is within easy access to shops, bus routes, main line stations and the town centre.
Meet the Manager
I have been working in the health and social care sector for several years. I started my career as a home carer working in the community with older people and progressed over the years.
I have worked for large group care providers and small family run businesses at various senior positions as a registered manager and area manager before settling at Rehability UK.
I have supported people we support with a broad range of needs including people we support with mental health, autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. I have supported people we support to integrate into the community and live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
I am passionate about seeing people thrive and develop, I am an enabler and driven by the desire to promote people’s wellbeing. I do recognise individuals’ strength and aim to build on those skills to promote a persons’ independence and strength.
